- Check Calendar to see if building is already reserved
- Email reservations@newarkfdny.com
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay security deposit and rental fee, and a contract which can be mailed or emailed with payment.
- Reservation will be held for 5 days after you receive email.
- Upon receipt of deposit and payment, a confirmation email will be sent.
- The 'SECURITY DEPOSIT' is a deposit and does not go towards the rental fee. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be returned to you if the facility is left in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Within 72 hours of your event, you will receive a text and email with the electronic code to open the building(s) on the date of your event.
- You may utilize the building(s) from 7am to 9pm.
- You may NOT gain access to the building(s) prior to 7am on the date of your event.
- Within one week after your event, you will receive your security deposit back in the same format which we received, if the building/facility was left clean and undamaged.
- If there are any damages or cleaning required after your departure, the entire security deposit will not be returned. If additional funds are required to repair or clean the facilities, a bill will be sent with documentation of damages or cleaning that needed to be addressed.
